To enhance the ideation of our AI recruitment platform, we conducted these three types of research to know more about market standards and user preferences, steering the design towards a more intuitive and competitive product.
User Interview
We conducted user interviews to delve into preferences and pain points, arming us with the knowledge to identify areas ripe for innovation in our product design.
Literature Review
To delve deeper into the issue, we examined various sources to know the current recruitment challenges and to stay updated on news regarding AI bias.
Competitor Analysis
We analyzed various recruitment platforms to know user preferences and industry standards, which enabled us to pinpoint opportunities for innovation.

11.1 AI Job Description Generator
We've created an AI tool to help user write job descriptions. The interface is split in two: on the left, you enter the necessary details. After you've filled them in, just click the "Generate" button, and your job description will appear on the right side of the screen.
11.2 Candidate Shortlisting
On this page, the left-side filter section customizes candidate searches, while the right-side displays candidates with key details. The top-right icon signifies AI-driven analysis for optimal match suggestions.
